One of the smallest Mints, forming a low carpet of tiny bright-green leaves with minute purple flowers, emanating a strong scent of peppermint.

Possible Situation
All Mints are ideal for tubs or pots, or in places where people will brush against the foliage to emanate the strong fragrance. This is also very good for creating low green carpeting in the bed.

Ideal Conditions
Prefers full sun, or partial shade with free-draining soil or compost.

Temperature Tolerance
A hardy plant which should survive normal winter conditions outside, especially if protected from the hardest frosts.
