Possible Situation
Fantastic in borders, rock gardens or in alpine containers for the patio.

Ideal Conditions
Prefers full sun, or partial shade with free-draining, low-lime soil or compost.

Temperature Tolerance
A hardy plant which should survive normal winter conditions outside, especially if protected from the hardest frosts.

Plant Care
Cut back hard after flowering. Transplant with care as it resents excessive root disturbance.
